Description

Manage your workflows accordingly during holiday seasons. With Sympa substitute management you can forward your approval request automatically to another user when the manager is absent. This way, approval requests do not need to wait for the manager to return or for the admin user to approve it. This package includes two workflows/processes, e.g. holidays and absences. Need this feature for your other processes as well? Simply add a comment in the 'Order notes' section.

Pre-conditions

Please note that the substitution function will only grant privileges for seeing the approval requests in question, without granting privileges for other data of those employees who make requests. The approval request goes both to the substitute and to the person who will be substituted.

Limitations

If you wish to order the deployment of the function also for other processes/country-specific adaptations, the price per extra process/adaptation is 200€ + VAT.
