Description
With this service package, you can deploy automatic email notifications to be sent when the critical personal data of the employee has been changed. With this service package you can follow changes in the following employee data:
The automatic notification email can be sent to the employee or the selected email addresses, such as HR mailbox or the IT responsible. Notifications are sent once a day in one email.
If you are interested in following changes in other employee data, simply add a comment on the order note and we will get back to you with a quote.
Note. This product contains monthly recurring fee item.
Pre conditions
Please note that you can set automatic reminders as an admin user to any date field in any datatable. In other use cases, we got you covered with the help of this solution.Limitations
Only changes in the following data are included in this service package:
You can define line manager, one email address or an email list as a recipient. If you prefer to send the notification to several recipients, please fill another order in this case. If you wish to follow other employee data, simply add a comment on order note and we will get back to you with a quota.
