Quinyx Connector Integration is a packaged Sympa integration to Quinyx workforce management system (WFM). These integrations are predefined setups with some modification possibilities regarding the transferred fields based on the target system requirements. Packaged integrations make the implementations quick and easy!

Note. This product contains monthly recurring revenue item, see Basic info-tab for further information. Invoiced annually in advance from go-live date.

Pre-conditions

Quinyx specific datafields may need to be added to Sympa.
Quinyx data needs to be aligned with Sympa data before the integration goes live and Sympa becomes the master system.
The transferred data is in Sympa.

Limitations

The price/s exclude any possible 3rd party cost/s.
Implementation according to Sympa Connector specification based on Quinyx API.
Sympa Employments and Quinyx Agreement periods aligning is excluded and done case-by-case with additional work estimate.
Sympa Employments handling logic becomes master when implementing Agreements integration flow to Quinyx.
If salaries required to transfer in Agreements integration flow, monthly price maintenance fee will be two-fold (2x).
If more integration runs than standard 1 run/per day is required, maintenance cost will be increased as follows:
- 2-3 runs/day +50%
- 4-6 runs/day +100%
Possible Sympa configuration work (excluding API configuration) is not included in the implementation fee.
