Description
• Standardized Personec F batch delta CSV file transfer to SFTP.
• Daily scheduled data transfer from one (1) Sympa entity to one (1) Personec F entity/environment.
• Transferred datasets contain the following MLE's:
1) Sympa to Personec F: Employee Basic Information
2) Sympa to Personec F: Employment Information
3) Sympa to Personec F: Compensation, Benefits, One-time payments
4) Sympa to Personec F: Absences and holidays
5) Personec F to Sympa: Holiday entitlement
Pre conditions
The data and data fields to be transferred are already within Sympa. The customer is responsible for reaching an agreement with the provider of the integrated system regarding the implementation of the integration. The successful implementation of any integration requires active participation from both the customer and the provider of the integrated system, or a third party involved. This integration is available for customers in Sympa Lead plan only.Limitations
The prices quoted do not cover potential third-party expenses, for which the customer will be responsible. Additionally, the implementation fee does not include data imports or further modifications to the customer's Sympa configuration. Should these services be required, a separate estimate will be provided for the additional tasks.
