Description
This integration creates new employees and updates employee records in Eloomi. The integration updates employees' Eloomi training records to Sympa.
• Sympa REST API endpoint(s).
• Daily scheduled data transfer from one (1) Sympa entity to one (1) Eloomi entity/environment.
• Transferred data:
1) Sympa to Eloomi: Employee master file (incl. employee, employment, organisation, cost centre)
2) Eloomi to Sympa: Employee training records
Pre conditions
The data and data fields to be transferred are already within Sympa. The customer is responsible for reaching an agreement with the provider of the integrated system regarding the implementation of the integration. The successful implementation of any integration requires active participation from both the customer and the provider of the integrated system, or a third party involved.Limitations
The prices quoted do not cover potential third-party expenses, for which the customer will be responsible. Additionally, the implementation fee does not include data imports or further modifications to the customer's Sympa configuration. Should these services be required, a separate estimate will be provided for the additional tasks.Duration
Typically, the implementation time is 2-3 work days.
