CGI Palkat Connector is a standardized Sympa integration for automating your Payroll data flows. Standardized integrations allow quick and straightforward implementations through pre-defined setups that offer some degree of customization in terms of the fields to be transferred.

Note. The monthly fee shall be invoiced on an annual basis in advance (12 months’ fees). All prices exclude VAT. Prices on Sympa Marketplace are displayed in euros. Calculations in other currencies are approximates, which might not correspond with the final invoiced amount.
Description
This integration creates new employees and updates employee data in CGI Palkat.
• Standardized CGI Palkat batch delta CSV file transfer to SFTP.
• Automated (once per night) scheduled data transfer from one (1) Sympa entity to one (1) CGI Palkat entity/environment.
• Transferred datasets:
1) Sympa to CGI Palkat: Employee master file (incl. employee, employment, organisation, cost centre)
2) Sympa to CGI Palkat: Salary and benefits
3) Sympa to CGI Palkat: Bonuses and one-off payments (optional)
4) Sympa to CGI Palkat: Absences and Holidays (optional)
5) Sympa to CGI Palkat: Employment termination (optional notification file for manual processing)
6) Sympa to CGI Palkat: Payment group changes (optional notification file for manual processing)
• This integration does not include any data transfers from CGI Palkat to Sympa.
Pre conditions
The data and data fields to be transferred are already within Sympa. The customer is responsible for reaching an agreement with the provider of the integrated system regarding the implementation of the integration. The successful implementation of any integration requires active participation from both the customer and the provider of the integrated system, or a third party involved.Limitations
The prices quoted do not cover potential third-party expenses, for which the customer will be responsible. Additionally, the implementation fee does not include data imports or further modifications to the customer's Sympa configuration. Should these services be required, a separate estimate will be provided for the additional tasks.
