Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) Connector is a standardized Sympa integration for automating your Identity management (IDM) data flows. Standardized integrations allow quick and straightforward implementations through pre-defined setups that offer some degree of customization in terms of the fields to be transferred.

Note. The monthly fee shall be invoiced on an annual basis in advance (12 months’ fees). All prices exclude VAT. Prices on Sympa Marketplace are displayed in euros. Calculations in other currencies are approximates, which might not correspond with the final invoiced amount.
Description
This integration creates new employees and updates employee data in Microsoft Entra ID (former Azure AD). When an employment ends, the integration disables the employee's Microsoft Entra ID credentials.
• Standardized Microsoft Entra ID API-to-API full sync data transfer.
• Daily scheduled data transfer from one (1) Sympa entity to one (1) Microsoft Entra ID entity/environment.
• Transferred datasets:
1) Sympa to Microsoft Entra ID: Employee master dataset (incl. employee details, contact information, employment, organisation data)
2) Microsoft Entra ID to Sympa (optional): email, phone, username
• This integration does not include Single Sign-On (SSO), SSO needs to be purchased separately, unless included in your Sympa Plan.
Pre conditions
The data and data fields to be transferred are already within Sympa. The customer is responsible for reaching an agreement with the provider of the integrated system regarding the implementation of the integration. The successful implementation of any integration requires active participation from both the customer and the provider of the integrated system, or a third party involved.Limitations
The prices quoted do not cover potential third-party expenses, for which the customer will be responsible. Additionally, the implementation fee does not include data imports or further modifications to the customer's Sympa configuration. Should these services be required, a separate estimate will be provided for the additional tasks.
