Sympa HR offers the possibility to use electronic signing with third-party eSign vendors. The contract (eg. employment contract) is created in Sympa HR, after which it is automatically sent to an eSign provider for the signing process. The customer can choose to use one of Sympa's supported eSign vendors like Assently, to which there are ready-made connectors. In the eSigning process, there can be currently two (2) signing parties (e.g. one from the employer side and one from the employee).
Note. Possible Sympa HR configuration work (excluding API configuration) is not included in the implementation fee. The connector includes the Sympa HR eSign setup for the specific eSign software, the integration must be activated on the eSign vendor's side
